  • Dave Revsine

Dave Revsine (born July 20, 1968), is a former journalist for ESPN. At ESPN, he usually worked on SportsCenter and ESPNEWS, along with play by play on select college basketball games.

However, in May, 2007, he announced that he'll be leaving ESPN to join the Big Ten Network as their lead studio host. Revsine officially left the network in late June of that year.

Dave was a 1991 graduate of Northwestern University and also attended Glenbrook North High School. In college, his nickname was 'Tank'. He also does an excellent imitation of ESPN's Beano Cook.

Prior to becoming a sports journalist, Dave was an investment banker at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. He left the job after one year and worked in TV in Sherman, Texas. He also worked in the Quad Cities before being hired by ESPN.

Revsine has signed on to become the lead anchor of the Big Ten Network (BTN).
