For the first time in U.S. history, four generations are side-by-side in the corporate workplace. We are on the front-end of a trend that will have a huge impact on the way a company operates internally and externally. This presentation offers insight into each of the four generations — the Silent generation, the Boom generation, Generation X and the Millennial generation — and prompts participants to think about what’s important to each generation in the workplace and how a company might adapt its message to reach different generations.
