 Lyn St. James-
When Lyn St. James completed her first Indy 500 at the age of 45, she was just the second woman in history to race in the event. Some doubted that a woman could keep up with male drivers, and Lyn struggled to get the sponsorship she needed to race. She took eleventh place, and became the first woman to be selected Indy 500 Rookie of the Year.
Recognized as a Top 100 Women Athletes of the Century by Sports Illustrated Women, St. James has also made guest appearances on David Letterman Show (CBS), The Today Show (NBC), Good Morning America (ABC), Bob Vila Show, CNN, Lifetime, Oxygen, PBS, TNN, FOX, Speedvision. She is an ESPN commentator, Indy Car Racing Analyst for ABC, and founder of Women in the Winner’s Circle Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting women drivers in all motorsports.
Lyn St. James is the author of "The Ride of Your Life: A Racecar Driver's Journey". In her keynote, she will speak about her incredible journey through a career in motorsports, and the drive that lead to her success.
