River Ridge Golf Club has been a BCA member for 2 ½ years and Rocky top for ? years. Elissa Schubert who is the Sales and Events Coordinator at River Ridge and Kathy White who is the Catering Manager of Rocky Top met at a BCA round table almost 2 years ago. At that time River Ridge was looking to grow their wedding and event revenue and added Rocky Top to their list of recommended vendors. This year Rocky Top is catering 3 of River Ridge’s wedding s with hopes of even more in 2010.
Also, Rocky Top has catered both of the BCA’s tournaments and will also cater this year’s June 1st golf tournament. Kathy and Elissa are also in discussion about catering River Ridge’s 2009 Member Guest tournament this summer.
This partnership is what the BCA is all about …businesses helping businesses grow. There is no doubt that River Ridge and Rocky Top have formed a lasting relationship.
